
Justin Flaherty was introduced to Three Forks Ranch while producing an outdoor television show, but the mountain air coaxed him out from behind the camera and into a leading role on the property. As General Manager, Justin oversees anything and everything that goes on at Three Forks Ranch. The Mississippi native has always loved hunting and fishing, and with a heavy dose of Southern Hospitality and a degree in leisure management, he has been a perfect fit since day one. You’ll find Justin’s son Cy, now four years old, running the ranch with his dad when they’re not with mom Jenny and little sister Abby.

Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, Jenn’s love of the outdoors made Three Forks Ranch a welcome place to continue her impressive career. After earning a bachelors of administration degree from Colby College in Maine, she traveled to San Francisco and then the Florida Keys. But all the while, Colorado was calling her home. Jenn played varsity field hockey at Colby College for four years, and today she loves doing anything outdoors, from hiking to skiing and learning to fly fish. At Three Forks Ranch, Jenn is committed to taking care of each guest during his/her stay, so if there is anything you need to make your time with us more comfortable, just ask Jenn.

At the end of the 2009 season Allison took on a new role at Three Forks Ranch. As Director of Sales and marketing, Allison gets to do two things that she truly enjoys: travel and talk about the Three Forks Ranch way of life. She was told at a very young age that she was “vaccinated with a Victrola needle,” so the part of her job that requires “talking up” the Ranch comes naturally. When not traveling, Allison can be found coloring, going for adventure walks or just generally spending time with Kelly and their daughter Alexa.

Keagin grew up in Mississippi and graduated from “Ole Miss” with a degree in elementary education. Now an avid outdoor enthusiast, Keagin enjoys hiking and ice fishing at Three Forks Ranch where she says she found her true calling.

Originally from Fort Collins, Colorado, Levi found his home at Three Forks Ranch. The avid outdoorsman has led Recreation programs for a decade, but during his time off, he enjoys fly fishing and Archery Hunting for Mule Deer and Elk. In the winter months, you can find Levi adventuring off on a snowmobile.

Born and raised in Kentucky, Eric moved to southern Wyoming in 2000. He enjoys woodworking and says he can fix anything “except for a broken heart and the crack of dawn.” Eric loves fishing and hunting, and when he’s not at work, you can find him spending time with his wife Jenn.

Erin Havel moved to Steamboat Springs in 2000 and loves raising her two kids in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. After working in the medical field, Erin found her passion in skin care and aesthetics. Her hobbies include hiking, snowboarding, snowshoeing and camping.

Jenn has always called Wyoming home. Prior to working for Three Forks Ranch, Jenn taught high school mathematics in Baggs, Wyoming, and holds four teaching degrees and a masters degree in education. Jenn is joining us for her first season and is also considered fellow staffer Eric Hamel’s better half.

Kait comes to us from Cincinnati, Ohio. After graduating from the Aveda Institute, she decided a change of scenery and a move out West would be ideal. She loves the outdoors and enjoys everything from horseback riding to hiking at Three Forks Ranch.

Lane is a certified Massage Therapist and an Advanced Thai Yoga Practitioner. Lane has ten years experience treating specific sports needs, chronic pain, post injury, post surgery, relaxing spa treatments and energy work. Lane lives at the base of the Snowy Mountains in Wyoming and enjoys spending every chance she gets in the mountains. Her hobbies include hiking, yoga, fishing, hunting, skiing and snowshoeing, which allow her to discover and exercise areas of the body that are more susceptible to stress and strain based on each outdoor activity.

Shannon is a native of Mississippi but after studying nursing at Bevill State, she was eager for a drastic change and moved to Colorado. Shannon loves nature, animals and the great outdoors, so she feels right at home at Three Forks Ranch. In her free time, she enjoys watching the Mississippi State Bulldogs, playing sports, spending time with her family at the lake, and trail riding in Tennessee.

If you looked up “cowboy” in the dictionary, Shawn’s picture would appear. This versatile wrangler has been with Three Forks Ranch for 10 years.

Ty is originally from Montana and Wyoming and has called Three Forks Ranch his home for over 10 years. Having been here for so long, Ty helps out in nearly all arenas from haying to assisting the guides on the ski slopes. He’s as strong as an ox and willing to help anyone, always with a smile on his face and a cheery disposition!

Diane, a Colorado native, received her massage therapy training at Mueller College of Holistic Health in San Diego. She has worked at Three Forks Ranch for more than eight years. Diane says that she has two great kids who are “grown and gone,” and when she’s not working, Diane loves hiking and mountain biking and skiing.

Hailing from Boulder, CO, Rick’s love of cooking and fishing brought him to Three Forks Ranch and he has been here for 3 seasons now. Rick’s job as the River Rock Manager is second only to his job as our fantasy football league manager and the title of John Elway’s number one fan! When not cooking you can always find Rick on the river, casting for rainbows and loving the outdoors.

Ciara is a certified riding lesson instructor who looks forward to enhancing your understanding and enjoyment of all the horse activities on the ranch. In addition to her wrangling duties, she is also compiling the history of this unique property and surrounding area. When not in the saddle, Ciara can be found cross-country skiing, hiking, or adding new pioneer skills to her repertoire.
