As General Manger, Allison gets to do two things that she truly enjoys: travel and talk about the Three Forks Ranch way of life. She was told at a very young age that she was “vaccinated with a Victrola needle,” so the part of her job that requires “talking up” the Ranch comes naturally. When not traveling, Allison can be found coloring, going for adventure walks, and spending quality time with her daughter Alexa.
Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, Jenn’s love of the outdoors made Three Forks Ranch a welcome place to continue her impressive career. After earning a Bachelors of Art in History from Colby College in Maine, she traveled to San Francisco and then the Florida Keys. But all the while, Colorado was calling her home. Jenn played varsity field hockey at Colby College for four years, and today she loves doing anything outdoors, from hiking to skiing and learning to fly fish. At Three Forks Ranch, Jenn is committed to taking care of each guest during his/her stay, so if there is anything you need to make your time with us more comfortable, just ask Jenn.
Born and raised in Kentucky, Eric moved to southern Wyoming in 2000. He enjoys woodworking and says he can fix anything “except for a broken heart and the crack of dawn.” Eric loves fishing and hunting, and when he’s not at work, you can find him outdoors, enjoying the mountains with his Rhodesian Ridgeback Aza.
Brian has been fly fishing and professionally guiding for nearly two decades. He assumed the role of Recreation Director in the spring of 2013 and we are thrilled to have Brian, his wife and three daughters living here at Three Forks.
Lynette is a Wyoming native and enjoys being one of the few! She enjoys spending time gardening, golfing and anything that doesn’t relate to paperwork! The biggest appeal of being a part of the Three Forks family is the beauty of the Ranch and the employees. Her husband, Jack and daughter Raychel constantly give her opportunities for personal improvement.
If you looked up “cowboy” in the dictionary, Shawn’s picture would appear. This versatile wrangler has been with Three Forks Ranch for over a decade.
Chef Joel was raised in a Southern Oklahoma cattle ranching family where good food was always around. Early in life he knew his calling and started working in restaurants in his late teens. After apprenticing under several regional chefs he decided to continue his formal education and received an undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma. He and his wife, daughter and son have lived in Fort Collins for over a decade and recently decided to make the move to Three Forks. When he is not working he is pursuing his other passions of traditional archery, fly fishing, mountain biking and music.
