| Chef Mark Leduc "Chef Marc" as he is affectionately known, provides the guests at Three Forks Ranch Lodge and Spa a dining experience without compare. Managing a staff of nine chefs, and sometimes four kitchens, Marc's daunting job is completed flawlessly and to the delight of everyone's palate. Originally from Chicago, Illinois, and a graduate of Johnson and Wales University, Marc has spent fourteen years as a fine dining chef. Marc's work has taken him to Florida, Illinois, St. John USVI, Colorado, Tennessee, California and South Carolina. Moving into the kitchen at the new lodge, was made a little easier, due to the fact that Marc did all of the heavy lifting in designing this wonderful facility. |
