The Lodge and Spa at Three Forks Ranch private cabin rates include all activities except spa treatments; lodging; all meals; house wines and liquors; evening cocktail hour and hors d’oeurves; in-room refrigerator stocked with your preference of beer, wine and snacks; unlimited use of exercise room, steam rooms, pool and hot tubs; long distance phone calls; twice-daily maid service; all recreation equipment; evening turndown service; valet laundry services; and use of our business center.

Families with children under twelve are invited to stay in our private cabins.
Check-in 2 PM. Check-out 11 AM. Deposit/Cancellation/Refund: A deposit of 50 percent per person secures your reservation; the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. If trip is cancelled 90+ days prior to arrival, all monies are refunded less a $500/person processing fee. If the trip is cancelled less than 90 days prior to arrival, no monies are refunded unless a client replacement can be found. Receipt of deposit by Three Forks Ranch or its agents is acknowledgment that registrant has read and accepts cancellation/refund and responsibility clauses.
Commercial air transportation, spa treatments, sales taxes, 15 percent service charge and incidentals (i.e. gift shop) are not included.
