Dave Clements
Originally from Tennessee, Dave now lives in Clark, Colorado. His passion for the great outdoors led him West to Colorado 14 years ago and he has been here ever since. Dave is truly a student of the fly fishing game, his vast knowledge of trout, insects, water, equipment and technique make him an excellent person to spend a day with on the water. In the fall you'll find Dave guiding hunts here at the ranch and with the first snow, you'll find him on the slopes in Steamboat. |
Colton Conrad
Hailing from Craig, Colorado, Colton has the distinction of being the youngest guide on the ranch. Don't let the fact that he's merely 17 years old lead you to believe that he lacks angling experience. He's been called one of the best casters on the ranch. He's also an expert fly-tyer as well. If you notice two Conrads, the other one is his father, Craig. We think there's some serious competition going on between the two of them. |
Craig Conrad
A native of Pennsylvania, Craig has been guiding professionally for more than 9 years now. Off the river, Craig enjoys hunting and woodworking. We're fortunate to have two Conrads as fly fishing guides. The other one is Craig's son, Colton. |
Jim Curd
Jim has been fly-fishing for over 30 years and guiding professionally for more than 15 years. Jim has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Yampa Valley Stream Improvement Charitable Trust since 1993. When not fishing, Jim enjoys fly-tying, skiing and volunteering on stream improvement projects. |
Todd Currell
Todd Curell cut his teeth fly fishing in Northern Michigan and has been a manufacturer's rep in the fly fishing industry since 2000. Todd started his guiding career on the fabled "Holy Water" of Michigan's Au Sable River. He enjoys pheasant hunting and grouse hunting and fishing for anything that will eat a fly. |
